Every product sold by Pro KinetikGym comes with a 60-night home trial. This means you have 60 nights from the date of delivery to decide whether the product is right for your training and recovery routine.
We encourage you to actually use the equipment — take it through your real training sessions, use it in your recovery protocol, and give it a genuine evaluation. The trial is designed for real athletes, not showroom comparisons.
What counts: The 60-night trial period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Your return request must be initiated within those 60 nights to be eligible.

Note: We understand that recovery equipment will show signs of use — that's the entire point of the trial. Products returned with normal wear from legitimate use are always accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account:
Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or variation, please initiate a return as described in Section 3 and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround, as we cannot hold inventory while a return is in transit.
If you are exchanging due to a defect or our error, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost. Contact us and we will coordinate the exchange directly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kinetikgym.com with:
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. You will not be required to return items that are too damaged to safely ship back.
All Pro KinetikGym hardware products include a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@kinetikgym.com with your order number and a description and photos of the issue. We will diagnose and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty and advise on next steps.
The following items are not eligible for return:
For returns under our 60-night trial, we cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label. There is no cost to you to return a product within the trial period.
For warranty returns due to defects or our error, return shipping is always free.
If you are returning a product outside the standard policy terms with special approval from our team, return shipping costs may apply and will be discussed during the return authorization process.
