Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, if:

• We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kinetikgym.com.

7. Warranty

All Pro KinetikGym hardware products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
• Damage from failure to follow product instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and software — is the property of Pro KinetikGym or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Pro KinetikGym name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Pro KinetikGym. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

9. Disclaimers

Our products are designed for general fitness and recovery use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any recovery equipment if you have a medical condition or injury.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pro KinetikGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
